Experienced Drywall Repair Technician/Painter/Handyman
· Pay based on experience! Unique payment structure designed to maximize how much employees earn and develop/increase employee efficiency!
· Basic hand tools are not required but is a plus (drywall/taping knives, drill, paint brushes, rollers, etc.).
· Drywall finishing and patching experience at a proficient level is necessary. Must be able to successful execute seamless and non visible drywall repairs and finishes.
· Professional painting experience is not necessary but must be willing to learn in order to maintain employment.
· Skills in texturing are not necessary but must be willing to learn in order to maintain employment.
· Must have adept problem solving, analytical skills and be able to think outside the scope of an average job.
· Full Time Position
· Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
· Company vehicle, tools, credit cards, gas card and benefits are provided after a 60 working day probationary period and possibly sooner.
· Company provides up to 40 hours of vacation/PTO time yearly.
· Company provides 5 paid Holidays yearly.
· Drivers License required*
· Must pass background & drug test*
· Must have reliable transportation*
