About the Role
We are a small, family-oriented assisted living home dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care to our residents. We're looking for a warm, reliable, and licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team on a part-time basis. Please note we are located on the north-west side of Gun Lake.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support medication management under established protocols and supervision
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
- Monitor and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition
- Support mealtime assistance and basic nutritional needs
- Foster a respectful, dignified, and friendly environment for residents
Requirements
- Current, valid CNA license (state certification required)
- Experience in assisted living, home care, or a similar setting preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and compassionate with a genuine interest in care for adults with cognitive disabilities
- Ability to lift/assist residents with mobility as needed
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Must pass a background check
Pay: $19.50 - $22.00 per hour
