At The Motive, every visit is one-on-one. We don't have aides or assistants, so you won't have three patients at once. You will be asked to participate in an evidence-based learning environment delivered by clinicians who care deeply about excellence!

Our treatment sessions are one-on-one for 45–60 minutes. You'll never be asked to bounce between multiple patients at the same time, and your patients are seen by you.

Who We're Looking For
You may be a great fit if you:
- Hold a degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Are licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Arizona
- Have a strong interest in orthopedic and musculoskeletal care
- Value patient education and excellent communication
- Are a self-directed learner who enjoys improving your craft

New graduates are welcome to apply IF they are willing to undergo a funded or partially-funded residency. We care more about curiosity, humility, and a commitment to growth than years of experience, but we value humility and have a learning environment.
