Join a Clinically Driven ABA Company Where Clinicians Lead the Way
At BeeWise Behavior, clinical care isn't just one department of our organization : it's at the center of everything we do.
We are a BCBA-owned, clinician-led ABA organization with an all-BCBA clinical leadership team. From clinical decisions to company growth, our leadership understands ABA because they've done the work themselves. They understand caseloads, supervision, parent training, assessments, authorizations, documentation, challenging cases, and the responsibility that comes with providing high-quality care.
That perspective shapes how BeeWise operates.
We believe clinicians do their best work when they are trusted, supported, given flexibility, and able to build a career that fits their life. That's why we've created multiple full-time tiers, flexible scheduling options, manageable caseload expectations, strong operational support, and opportunities to grow into leadership without having to leave clinical work behind.
We're currently growing and looking for certified BCBA, BCaBA, and QBA professionals who want to join a company where their clinical expertise truly has a voice.
If you love ABA but want more flexibility, more support, and a company that understands what it's actually like to be a clinician, we'd love to welcome you to the Hive.
Why Clinicians Choose BeeWise BCBA-Owned & Clinically Driven
BeeWise was built by clinicians, and our clinical leadership team is made up of BCBAs who understand the field firsthand.
Our clinical decisions aren't made in a vacuum. Our leaders understand the realities of treatment planning, supervision, caregiver collaboration, staffing challenges, payer requirements, and balancing high-quality care with sustainable caseloads.
At BeeWise, clinical quality drives our decisions.
Multiple Full-Time Tiers
We know "full-time" doesn't have to look exactly the same for every clinician.
BeeWise offers different full-time tiers and workload options, allowing clinicians to find a structure that better fits their professional goals, family responsibilities, and desired work-life balance.
Whether you're looking for a traditional full-time role or a different full-time structure, we want to have the conversation about what works for you.
Flexibility That Actually Matters
We value autonomy and trust our clinicians to be professionals.
Depending on your role and caseload, BeeWise offers flexibility in how you structure your schedule and manage your clinical responsibilities. We want our clinicians to have successful careers without feeling like their job has to consume their entire life.
Hybrid Flexibility
BeeWise offers hybrid opportunities for eligible clinical positions, giving clinicians the flexibility to complete appropriate responsibilities remotely while maintaining meaningful in-person involvement with their clients and teams.
Hybrid clinicians should expect to travel into their assigned service area as needed to meet in-person clinical, supervision, assessment, and payer requirements. The frequency of in-person travel may vary based on caseload needs, location, authorization requirements, and applicable regulations.
Our goal is to provide flexibility while ensuring that clinical quality and client needs always come first. Hybrid at BeeWise means having the freedom to work remotely when appropriate while remaining connected and available to your clients, families, and treatment teams in person when required.
North Carolina Licensure
For positions providing behavior-analytic services in North Carolina, clinicians must hold or be eligible to obtain the appropriate North Carolina behavior analyst license (LBA) as required for their certification and position.
Candidates who are not currently licensed in North Carolina should be prepared to complete applicable licensure requirements prior to independently providing services in the state.
A Leadership Team That Understands Your Job
There is a huge difference between being managed by someone who understands ABA on paper and being supported by someone who has actually done the work.
Our BCBA clinical leaders understand the complexities of assessments, treatment plans, parent training, RBT supervision, challenging behaviors, insurance requirements, and clinical decision-making.
When you need support, you're talking to people who understand the clinical side of the problem.
Clinical Autonomy + Support
We don't believe strong clinicians need to be micromanaged.
We want you to use your training, clinical judgment, and expertise while knowing you have experienced leadership available when you need consultation, collaboration, or additional support.
Administrative Support So You Can Be a Clinician
Clinicians should be able to focus their energy on clients, families, RBTs, and clinical outcomes and not spend their entire day chasing administrative tasks.
Our operations and administrative teams work alongside our clinical team to support staffing, scheduling, authorizations, onboarding, and other operational needs.
Real Opportunities to Grow
We want BeeWise to be somewhere you can build a career.
Clinicians interested in growing beyond their current role can pursue opportunities in areas such as:
- Clinical leadership
- Mentorship
- Regional leadership
- Training and professional development
- Assessment-focused roles
- Parent-training-focused roles
- Organizational growth and expansion
- Quality assurance and clinical initiatives
If you have an area you're passionate about, we want to hear about it.
Collaboration Over Competition
You aren't practicing ABA on an island.
Our clinicians have access to other BCBAs and clinical leaders for collaboration, problem-solving, mentorship, and support. We believe stronger clinical teams create better outcomes for everyone especially our clients.
