We’re hiring 3-4 people for a 75-day push to get contractors using Monty, an AI office assistant that checks Gmail every morning and texts them what needs handling. This is not SaaS demo setting. You will call and text contractors, explain Monty in plain English, send a sample, and help them connect Gmail. Best fit: solar, roofing, home services, construction admin, car sales BDC, real estate ISA, or anyone who can talk to skeptical small business owners without sounding scripted.
Pay:
$25-$35/hour depending on experience $50 per activated contractor Weekly bonuses for volume and quality

Send a 45-second voice note selling this: “Monty checks a contractor’s Gmail every morning and texts them the loose ends that can bite them: client updates, approvals, subs waiting, payment follow-ups, install dates. Nothing sends without approval.”
