Heavy Equipment Receiving Supervisor
Hours: 40 hrs. per week within the hours of Monday-Friday 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
Main Duties:
- Receiving parts and Truck equipment shipments (oversized)
- Frequent outside forklift driving during all weather conditions
- Separates shipments by product
- Check in products against manifest and matches to purchase order
- Receives in (Key-Rec) items into the system
- Label products with Item number
- Put away on shelf or in overstock as necessary
- Pick special order items and labels with customer info
General Warehouse Duties: Keeping the warehouse neat and clean, following all safety and OSHA regulations, must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a continuous basis. Performs the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and order fulfillment of merchandise, products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment.
RECEIVING (Frequent)
- Checks goods received and for distribution against purchase orders or invoices, matches PO’s to receiving documents and hands off to accounting
- Lifts heavy items and operate a forklift to stage plows and truck bodies
- Reviews customer orders, examines, stocks and distributes merchandise, products and materials in inventory warehouses and yard
- Managing the non-inventory items stored
- Responsible for managing all items allocated for scrap.
SHIPPING (Infrequent)
- Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped and prepares products and merchandise for final shipment and posts weights and shipping charges
Qualifications:
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude including ability to use forklift safely and carefully lifting oversized equipment with precision
- Applies general math skills including; counting items, performing addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Familiarity with NetSuite a plus
- Ability to speak distinctly and see and hear clearly.
- Adhere to safety procedures consistent with warehouse operations

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
