Evaluating and Administering medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to relieve pain, improve or restore function, and promote healing.
Provides skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance to setting orders and communicating with the PTA
May Implement and modify the patient’s physical therapy plan of treatment .
Monitor patient response to treatment intervention and modify treatment approach and directive as clinically appropriate with IDT collaboration.
Provide clinical advisement and support to the PTA and education to patients, family members, and caregivers.
Ensure documentation is completed thoroughly and timely and complies with all company and state/federal regulatory requirements.
Attend required meetings as designated by the Director of Rehab.
