About the Role:
We’re hiring a Business Development Consultant (Setter) to join our internal sales team. This is a fast-paced role where you'll be speaking with real prospects every day, both warm leads from booked calls and outbound leads who’ve shown strong interest in our offers.
Your job is simple:
- Qualify potential mentoring students by phone
- Book qualified prospects directly into a call with our Enrollment Directors (Closers)
- If someone isn’t a fit, guide them into one of our low-ticket programs
This is NOT a cold calling job. Our leads are qualified and engaged. What we need is someone who’s confident, emotionally intelligent, and hungry to grow inside a high-performance sales environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Call inbound leads who filled out an application but didn’t schedule yet
- Take booked discovery calls and follow a clear script to qualify them
- Determine whether a lead is a fit for our high-ticket mentorship programs
- Transfer strong fits to our closers using our internal CRM (Keap)
- Identify and close low-ticket down-sell opportunities when appropriate
- Maintain accurate pipeline updates and follow-up cadences
- Be real with people… no pressure, no hype, just honest guidance
What We’re Looking For:
- You’re great on the phone and know how to build rapport fast
- You’re emotionally intelligent and can hold space for people’s goals and fears
- You’re not afraid to ask real questions and listen with intention
- You understand that alignment equals velocity, and you’re committed to both
- You’ve done sales or enrollment work before (bonus if it was in coaching, real estate, or high-ticket education)
- You’re process-driven, adaptable, and coachable
- You want to grow into a closer or leadership role (we promote from within)
Compensation:
- OTE: $60,000-$100,000/year
- Base salary + uncapped commission structure
- Bonus incentives for performance
Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
