Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our growing operations team.
This position is responsible for receiving inventory, preparing store transfers and customer orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the warehouse operates efficiently while following food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming products for quality and accuracy.
- Organize inventory and maintain proper product rotation (FIFO).
- Pick, pack, and prepare inventory transfers for retail locations.
- Assist with preparing customer orders when needed.
- Label and organize products accurately.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts.
- Load and unload deliveries safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe warehouse.
- Follow company procedures and food safety guidelines.
- Support the warehouse team in daily operational tasks.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution experience preferred.
- Comfortable working in refrigerated and freezer environments.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills are a plus.
