Civil Engineer Designer – Full-Time, On-Site
Location: San Juan PR
We're looking for an experienced Civil Engineer Designer to join our team. You'll be involved in designing sites, roads, utilities, and preparing construction plans. This is a hands-on role that includes drafting and collaborating with our team on a variety of projects.
What You'll Do:
- Design work related to:
- Site & Land Development
- Roadway & Highway Geometry
- Grading and Stormwater Systems
- Water and Sewer Infrastructure
- Landslides and Roadway Rehabilitation
- Create detailed construction drawings
- Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality designs
- Prepare technical reports, quantity takeoffs, and specifications

What We're Looking For:
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred), Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with design standards, codes, and technical documentation
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- EIT (PE preferred)
