Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading a team of associates, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a general understanding of retail management practices. The Team Leader plays a crucial role in driving the sales performance of the store.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Train and develop team members on best practices in sales management and customer engagement.
- Maintain an organized store environment that reflects company standards.
- Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Opening/Closing the store as needed.
Qualifications
- Leadership experience in a retail or similar environment is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall shopping experience.
