DSquared Hospitality Company is a locally-owned and operated culinary and event company serving the greater Seattle community for over 35 years. Our journey began in 1986 as Tuxedos and Tennis Shoes Catering in West Seattle, where we still operate the iconic Hall at Fauntleroy event venue. Today, our company also includes concessions at Benaroya Hall and Cornish Playhouse, restaurants Muse and David s & Co at Benaroya Hall, and Market Hall an 8-kiosk eatery (plus a Starbucks) inside T-Mobile s HQ. Reports to: Executive Chef/Executive Sous Chef

Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand

Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas

Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas

Sweep or scrub floors

Clean food preparation and production areas as required

Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed

Is reliable and dependable

Is self directed and flexible

demonstrates a supportive positive attitude

Is a team player willing to help out where needed

Is able to maintain sanitation and organizational standards

Is able to multi task in a busy environment

Must be able to stand for at least 8 hours and lift 50 lbs.

Must have Washington State Food Handler's Card

Previous experience working in a banquet, hotel, restaurant, or culinary environment is preferred
