USA Carpet Cleaning Pros is looking for a motivated, reliable, and customer-focused Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our growing team.
This is an hourly position starting at $18 per hour, with opportunities to increase your earnings through sales bonuses and performance incentives.
We’re looking for someone who can do more than operate cleaning equipment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with customers, identifying their cleaning needs, and recommending additional services when appropriate.

YOUR ROLE
As a Carpet Cleaning Technician, you will travel to residential and commercial customer locations and perform professional cleaning services while representing USA Carpet Cleaning Pros.
Your responsibilities include:
- Perform professional carpet cleaning services
- Clean stairs, hallways, upholstery, rugs, and other approved surfaces
- Perform stain and spot treatments
- Identify customer cleaning needs
- Recommend appropriate additional services
- Explain services and pricing to customers
- Close additional service opportunities
- Protect furniture, flooring, and customer property
- Set up and operate cleaning equipment safely
- Maintain equipment and supplies
- Take before-and-after photos when required
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Complete jobs efficiently and thoroughly
SALES = EXTRA MONEY

For example, a customer may book a basic carpet cleaning but also have:
- Heavily stained areas
- Pet odors
- Dirty stairs
- Upholstery that needs cleaning
- Area rugs that need attention
- Additional rooms
- Hallways that need cleaning
Your responsibility is to identify legitimate needs and explain the available solutions.
You are not expected to pressure customers.
You are expected to sell professionally and confidently.

TRANSPORTATION & EQUIPMENT
Depending on your assigned position and company arrangements, technicians may be required to operate company-provided or approved equipment and travel between customer locations.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are strongly preferred.
