Work Now Staffing is looking to hire Data Entry Clerks for our Bolingbrook client.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Shifts: 8:00am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday
Job Details:
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain customer, client, and order information in company databases
- Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before processing
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting clients with questions, order updates, and account information
- Process customer orders and ensure all information is entered correctly and in a timely manner
- Verify and correct data discrepancies as needed
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and maintain accurate records
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties assigned
- Meet productivity and accuracy standards while working independently
