Seeking an Acquisitions / Underwriting Analyst to support the sourcing, evaluation, execution, and management of senior housing investment opportunities. This role plays a key part in both deal sourcing and underwriting, helping identify new acquisition opportunities and supporting them through financial analysis and closing.
Source and identify senior living acquisition opportunities through broker relationships, direct outreach, market research, and internal pipelines
Underwrite senior living assets, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and related property types
Build and maintain detailed financial models, including NOI projections, cash flow analysis, IRR, ROI, and debt structures
Conduct market research and evaluate property performance, demographic trends, and competitive positioning
Assist with due diligence, including review of operating statements, rent rolls, budgets, and historical financials
Support management of the deal pipeline from initial sourcing and screening through closing
Prepare investment committee presentations, deal summaries, and financial narratives
Collaborate closely with asset management, operations, and executive leadership teams
