Responsibilities
- Apply fertilizer, weed control, insecticides, fungicides, and other landscape treatments according to Massachusetts regulations and company standards.
- Perform mosquito and tick control applications.
- Safely operate fertilization and spray equipment.
- Inspect properties and identify turf, tree, and shrub health issues.
- Maintain accurate application records and required documentation.
- Follow all environmental regulations, safety procedures, and label requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained vehicle and equipment.
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts Pesticide Applicator License required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, the operation of fertilization and mosquito/tick spray equipment.
- Ability to identify common turf, weed, insect, and plant health issues is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
