We are seeking a highly motivated cleaning specialist to perform general cleaning tasks. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable navigating a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning community rooms
- Cleaning laundry rooms
- Cleaning storm shelters
- Cleaning vacant apartments
- Moving supplies and materials to the proper location to perform duties
Position may also require some light landscaping such as pulling weeds, spraying weeds, sweeping sidewalks, laying mulch.
Position requirements:
- Knowledge of basic cleaning required
- Understand, read and write to follow basic instructions, take directions from supervisors, respond to routine questions and communicate effectively with property manager
Travel:
- As part of the job responsibilities, this position requires the willingness and ability to conduct local travel as needed. This may involve running errands related to business operations and fulfilling various tasks that contribute to the smooth functioning of the property needs. The extent and frequency of travel will depend on the specific demands of the job and may vary over time.
Physical requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing
- Must be able to lift 20 pounds
- Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
- Must be dependable and able to meet scheduling requirements
- Professional appearance and demeanor, required
Other requirements:
- Pass a criminal background check
- Have reliable transportation
Schedule requirements: Guaranteed 8 hours a month up to 20 hours a month. This position will serve the Buffalo, Humansville and Wheatland, MO areas.
