Seasons Adult Day Health Services is looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team!
This is an opportunity to step away from the hospital bedside and into a rewarding, person-centered environment where you can truly get to know the people you care for.
* Full-time, 40 hours/week
* Daytime schedule
* No nights
* No weekends
* No on-call
* Meaningful relationships with older adults and their families
Our RN supports participants with health assessments, medication management, routine monitoring, skilled nursing needs, care planning and more. You’ll work alongside an interdisciplinary team while building relationships with participants, caregivers, families and healthcare providers.
Experience with older adults, dementia or cognitive impairment is a plus, but what matters most is your commitment to compassionate, person-centered care.

Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan.
- Experience working with older adults and individuals with cognitive and/or physical disabilities.
- Knowledge of dementia care and aging-related health issues preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with families, caregivers, healthcare providers, and team members.
- Proficiency with computer systems and electronic documentation.
Physical Requirements (As necessary):
- Be able to lift at least 25lbs.
- Be able to sit and/or be on feet (standing or walking) for extended periods of time
- Bending, reaching, pushing, pulling
- Repetitive movements
- Crouching
