We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our retail team as a supervisor. As a key member of our management team, the Retail Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, delivering an exceptional guest experience (ART!), and driving sales performance. This position requires a candidate with strong leadership skills, a passion for retail excellence, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Lead by example and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding guest service
- Conduct pre-shifts to communicate goals, updates, and performance expectations
- Ensure a consistently high level of guest service that demonstrates ART! (AREA15's service standards)
- Train and guide team members on daily operational tasks and standards
- Collaborate with team to maintain visual brand standards, ensuring displays and product placements reflect AREA15's brand image and provide a best-in-class shopping experience
- Encourage open communication channels for work-related discussions and constructive feedback
- Foster an environment where team members uphold a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and respect
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate product availability and timely replenishment
- Work closely with leadership team to align operational strategies with overall company goals
- Provide regular updates on team performance, sales trends, and customer feedback
- Always exhibit the best brand representation by adhering to, promoting the prescribed dress code, and grooming standards
- Ensure that team members are aware of and consistently adhere to the brand's dress code, reflecting the premium image of the outlet
- Onboard and train new team members
- Adhere to department and company policies and procedures
- Drive accountability while maintaining a collaborative, creative, and fast-paced team environment
- Respond to time sensitive matters.
- Adhere to department and company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a professional, polished appearance in line with AREA15 standards.
- Work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
