We are actively seeking full-time or part-time Drivers to deliver packages. Our DAKATA LLC facility is located in Fremont, CA. You will be driving box trucks providing courteous and efficient package deliveries.
Day shift only. Full-time and part-time positions are available. Start time 10:00 am.
Salary and Benefits:
- $27 per hour + performance bonus (up to $200 a week)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Represent the Company in a professional manner
- Drive box truck from DAKATA home office to designated customer locations
- Use the handheld device for routing information, customer's delivery information, to communicate with the home office/dispatch.
- Load and unload packages into and out of the box truck, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must be able to move boxes up to 100 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
- Inspect truck equipment such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water
- Maintain logs according to state and federal regulations
- Follow all safety rules and company policies and procedures
- Drive in all weather conditions in a safe and responsible manner
- Communicate well with supervisors and other team members
- Provide outstanding customer service, which means the safe and accurate delivery of all packages
- Working shifts of up to 10 hours per day
- Working with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have a driving record without DUIs or suspensions
- Must have experience (1 year) of verifiable experience driving a box truck
- Must be reliable, flexible, and exhibit a sense of urgency while on the job
- Must be punctual – consistently at work at the required shift and is on time or early. Complete work in timely manner and within the standards outlined by the company
