About the Role
As Director of Nursing, you will:
- Lead and oversee all nursing services, ensuring exceptional resident care and regulatory compliance.
- Build and mentor a strong, engaged nursing team.

We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has a genuine passion for serving seniors.
- Leads with integrity, compassion, and a servant's heart.
- Builds positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
- Is an energetic, flexible leader who enjoys mentoring and developing others.
- Holds a current RN license. Long-term care or skilled nursing leadership experience is preferred.
