Dental Treatment Coordinator – Join Our Growing Team!
Riverside Dental Group & Dental Associate Offices is seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our thriving, patient-focused practice!
We’re looking for someone who is energetic, organized, and passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience. In this role, you’ll work closely with our hygiene team, doctors, and clinical staff to help patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident in their treatment plans.
What You’ll Do:
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
- Present and help patients understand treatment plans
- Assist in case acceptance and follow-through
- Support daily office operations and collaborate with team members
- Help create a positive, efficient, and welcoming environment for patients and staff
What We’re Looking For:
- Extensive dental office experience required
- Strong knowledge of HMO and PPO insurance plans
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well with both adults and children
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and team-oriented mindset
- Bilingual candidates are a plus!
