We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide hands-on, high-quality care to residents. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that values resident-centered care, professional development, and collaborative teamwork.
Deliver direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Observe and monitor resident health, vital signs, and overall well-being
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care
Collaborate with Unit Managers and the Director of Nursing on care plans
Support resident admissions, discharges, and transitions of care
Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state regulations
Promote a positive, professional, and compassionate work environment
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
Long-term care experience preferred but not required
Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate, resident-focused demeanor
Ability to work collaboratively with nursing and interdisciplinary teams
Dedication to high-quality care and professional excellence
Competitive pay: $40–$52/hour based on experience
