Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating press brake machinery and a strong understanding of fabrication processes. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various materials to produce high-quality components.
Responsibilities
- Operate and set up press brake machines for bending and shaping metal components.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments, including micrometers, to ensure accuracy in dimensions.
- Fabricate parts according to engineering specifications and drawings.
- Assemble components as needed, ensuring proper fit and function.
- Perform routine maintenance on press brake equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production processes.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Utilize hand tools and electrical discharge machining as required during production.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator or in a similar manufacturing role.
- Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles.
- Strong skills in programming press brake machinery for various applications.
- Ability to weld and operate forklifts is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Schedule
- Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
- Overtime as needed

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
