We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Caregivers/Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in providing person-centered support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and throughout the community.

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, person-centered support based on each individual’s unique needs, preferences, and goals.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meal preparation, as needed.
- Encourage independence while providing the level of support each individual requires.
- Accompany individuals on community outings, appointments, shopping trips, recreational activities, and other meaningful experiences.
- Provide companionship and encourage social engagement and community inclusion.
- Complete accurate documentation and follow agency policies and procedures.
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive environment.
- Communicate professionally with families, supervisors, and other members of the support team.
- Provide reliable, dependable care while treating every individual with dignity and respect.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Caregiver, Direct Support Professional (DSP), Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), behavioral health professional, or in a related helping profession is preferred but not required.
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred for positions requiring community access.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain after hire).
- Ability to pass required background screenings and complete required onboarding training.
