Security Officer Patrol Access Coordinator
As a Security Officer Patrol Access Coordinator in Chesapeake, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic tech and communications location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, support access awareness, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a fast-paced technology location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas, verifying authorized access and reporting security-related concerns, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues.

Support site operations by assisting with visitor directions, observing delivery activity, and completing required reports related to daily patrols, incidents, and/or disturbances.
Minimum Requirements:

A guard card and/or license is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
