Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Brista/Sandwich Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting delicious sandwiches and beverages while providing exceptional customer service. Your passion for food and commitment to quality will help create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble a variety of sandwiches according to customer preferences and established recipes.
- Brew, serve, and customize coffee and tea beverages to meet customer specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and surfaces.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, taking orders accurately and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and notifying management of low stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with customers and team members.
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for food preparation and customer service is essential.
