Duties
- Operate grounds maintenance equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and power tools to ensure pristine lawns and landscapes
- Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning to maintain healthy and attractive outdoor spaces
- Assist with landscape installation projects such as planting flowers, shrubs, or hardscape features
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all outdoor operations to prevent accidents and injuries
- Conduct routine inspections of grounds to identify maintenance needs or potential hazards
Requirements
- Prior outdoor work experience or landscaping background preferred but not required; enthusiasm for working outside is essential
- Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and hand tools necessary for efficient operation and maintenance
- Ability to operate grounds equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to grounds upkeep
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions
