We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team. In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional cleanliness standards, and foster a positive environment that promotes teamwork and efficiency. Your leadership will directly impact guest satisfaction and the overall reputation of our hotel.
Experience in hotel housekeeping management or hospitality environments is highly preferred
- Supervise and coordinate all housekeeping activities to maintain high cleanliness standards across guest suites, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Manage cleaning schedules, assign tasks to housekeeping staff, and monitor performance to ensure timely completion of duties
- Oversee janitorial services, laundry operations, and custodial tasks to support smooth hotel operations
- Train and develop housekeeping team members in cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service excellence
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders as needed
- Lead by example to motivate staff, promote a positive work environment, and uphold Hilton’s service standards
- Extensive knowledge of cleaning procedures, laundry operations, and janitorial best practices
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
