Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate, collaborative, and mission-driven Youth Program Manager to lead and oversee youth programming across Casa's Youth Centers. In this role, you will develop, implement, and evaluate intentional programs that support the academic, social, emotional, and character development of youth. You will be responsible for creating program standards, developing curriculum, overseeing youth success plans, and ensuring consistent, high-quality programming across multiple locations.
The Youth Program Manager will supervise and coach Youth Center Leads, helping them build meaningful relationships with youth and families while creating pathways to connect families with Casa's supportive services and resources. This role requires a strong leader who is committed to youth development, staff development, family engagement, and creating lasting impact within the community.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee youth programming that promotes positive youth development, leadership, academic growth, and character building.
- Create and maintain curriculum, program standards, and enrichment activities that align with Casa's mission and values.
- Supervise, coach, and support Youth Center Leads to ensure consistent, high-quality program delivery across all youth center locations.
- Oversee youth success plans
- Train staff in effective youth engagement strategies, relationship building, behavior management, and family engagement practices.
- Establish expectations and accountability measures to ensure Youth Center Leads actively engage families and connect them to appropriate Casa programs and resources.
- Collaborate with supportive services staff to strengthen pathways that help families access resources that promote stability and self-sufficiency.
- Monitor program effectiveness and implement improvements based on observations, feedback, and program outcomes.
- Build positive relationships with youth, families, schools, community partners.
- Support special events, youth initiatives, and community engagement opportunities that enhance program impact.
- Ensure programs operate in alignment with organizational policies, procedures, and mission.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education Is preferred
- Minimum of three years of experience leading youth programs, after-school programs, community programs, or related initiatives.
- Demonstrated leadership experience supervising, coaching, and developing staff.
- Experience developing curriculum, programming, or youth engagement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of positive youth development principles and relationship-based programming.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with youth, families, staff, schools, and community partners.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Passion for serving youth and families and contributing to positive community impact.
- Experience working in faith-based, nonprofit, or community-centered organizations is preferred.
- Have a thriving relationship with Jesus.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
