Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic, confident, and sales-driven Live Auction Host to present products during live streams. The ideal candidate is comfortable on camera, communicates clearly in English, and knows how to keep viewers engaged while encouraging bidding and purchases.
Key Responsibilities
- Host live auction sessions and product-selling livestreams.
- Clearly explain product features, condition, included accessories, and auction rules.
- Create excitement and encourage viewers to place bids.
- Interact with viewers by answering questions and responding to comments in a professional, friendly manner.
- Follow the auction schedule, product order, pricing guidance, and platform policies.
- Accurately disclose any product defects, missing parts, or signs of use.
- Work with the operations team before and after each livestream.
- Help create short promotional videos or product content when needed.
- Maintain a positive, trustworthy, and professional on-camera image.
Qualifications
- Strong spoken English and clear communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking on camera and interacting with a live audience.
- Sales, livestreaming, retail, customer service, or hosting experience is preferred.
- Energetic personality with strong confidence and presentation skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle live questions professionally.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
- Familiarity with TikTok Live, livestream shopping, auction platforms, or social media is an advantage.
