We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will source, screen, and interview candidates, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience while working in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct phone, video, and virtual interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent.
Develop and post job advertisements across multiple platforms.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies.
Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to management.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Qualifications:
2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
Experience using ATS and recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or ZipRecruiter.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Preferred Skills:
Experience recruiting for multiple industries or high-volume hiring.
Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with virtual interviewing tools such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
