POSITION OBJECTIVE
We are looking for a professional, customer service-oriented General Manager to oversee daily operations for the Cedar City Main Street FiiZ store. Looking for that amazing leader who can be flexible in their schedule and willing to work day shifts, sometimes into the evening, and may have some closing shifts. As the store’s General Manager, you will work shifts in the store and supervise all operational and organizational standards of the store.
Your duties will include undertaking management tasks, monitoring inventory levels, and making sure that all operations are running smoothly.
The ideal candidate must be laser focused on customer satisfaction and meet with the team to set sales goals, in addition to being an excellent communicator. The General
Manager should also demonstrate outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
● Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
● Motivate the store team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
● Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance
profitability.
● Hire, train, and oversee all staff.
● Responsibility for the financial performance and management of the store’s P&L.
● Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional, timely manner.
● Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
● Make sure that quality standards are being executed.
● Limit waste
● Oversee production and baking at the store.
● Monitor inventory levels and order new items.
● Communicate and work well with supervisor and owners, share the team Values.
● Bring positive energy.
● Follow and implement processes and directives.
● Monitor daily operations and organize a plan for improvements.
● Be a representative of our Brand, lead a Brand standard store
Job Type:
● Full-Time, On-Site
Compensation:
● Annual Salary - $43,600-$50,000
Schedule:
● Full-Time - Flexibility for the needs of the business and staff
Education:
● High school graduate or equivalent
● Courses or certifications in business, marketing, public relations, human resources, psychology or related field (preferred)
Experience:
● Customer service 3-year (preferred)
● Management: 2-year (preferred)
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
