Looking for a professional Maintenance technician. A family is seeking a polished professional maintenance technician for 5 plus homes.
The general schedule will be Monday through Friday. Weekends may be required occasionally.
The candidate must have extensive knowledge in handyman duties and able to work outdoors and have basic maintenance experience. The successful candidate is a team player and will work with a staff of 7-8 and enjoy working both independently, as well as with a team.
- Must be flexible and dependable.
- Candidate must have superb judgement, emotional intelligence, and a positive attitude in an ever-changing environment.
- Candidate must enjoy planning ahead, looking for alternative options, and having backup plans.
- The candidate must be computer savvy, detail oriented and eager to maintain the grounds.
Seeking someone who is a hard worker, is conscientious, honest, efficient, and organized, has great follow-up, discreet nature, a healthy physical condition required for landscaping and maintenance tasks, a true multi-tasker who is proactive and not reactive.
