Job Summary
Chili’s is looking for an energetic, friendly, and reliable Bartender to provide outstanding guest service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will prepare beverages, engage with guests, maintain a clean bar area, and contribute to a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards
- Provide excellent customer service and create a positive guest experience
- Check guest identification to verify legal drinking age
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and supplies as needed
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate POS systems accurately
- Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management
- Follow all Wyoming alcohol service laws and Chili’s safety policies
- Monitor guest behavior and promote responsible alcohol consumption
Qualifications
- Previous bartending or restaurant experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
