Brunchella, a modern brunch and coffee concept opening in Carytown, Richmond, is seeking a friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Barista who can also handle front-ofhouse cashier responsibilities.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in quality coffee, and thrives in a fast-paced brunch environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare espresso-based drinks and specialty coffee beverages

Maintain clean and organized coffee station

Operate POS system (Square) for customer orders

Handle cash and card transactions accurately

Provide excellent customer service and maintain welcoming atmosphere

Assist with restocking, cleaning, and light front-of-house duties
- Maintain speed and composure during weekend rushes
Qualifications:

Previous barista experience preferred (1+ year ideal)

Customer service experience required

Comfortable handling cash and POS systems

Strong communication skills

Ability to multitask during busy brunch hours

Pay & Growth:
