Responsibilities:
- Manage and convert high-volume team-provided leads
- Guide clients through buying/selling process
- Negotiate contracts and manage transactions from contract to close
- Stay current on market trends and industry best practices
- Participate in trainings, masterminds, and team accountability
- Deliver white-glove client service that leads to repeat/referral business
Qualifications:
- Texas Real Estate License (active)
- $2M+ in closed sales volume in the past 12 months
- Strong track record in client conversion and negotiation
- Excellent time management and follow-up discipline
- Team mindset with a desire to grow in a high-performing environment

Pay: $120,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
