HOURLY RATE: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
PROGRAM SUMMARY
The Children's Beach House (CBH) is a private, non-profit organization organized under section 501(c) (3) of the internal Revenue Code as a public charity. CBH was founded in 1936 by Lydia Chichester DuPont with the mission of improving the lives of children, youth, families, and communities by helping them to identify, understand, and utilize their own strengths, talents, and resources.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Kitchen Cook reports to the Culinary Director. The Kitchen Cook is responsible for the preparation of meals for both onsite campers in the Youth Development Program, as well as meals for catered events both onsite and offsite.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Prepare high quality, from scratch meals for catered events both onside and offsite as well as for the campers in our programs
- Track meals served to our campers using count sheets
- Maintain clean and organized kitchen, prioritizing food safety and sanitation
- Supportive work environment that prioritizes the well being of the individual, children and families, including your own

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
