We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This position is a 1099 commission role. You will be paid for your hard work.
Duties
- Develop and execute strategic plans for territory growth through targeted prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation activities.
- Manage existing accounts while identifying new sales opportunities to expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding client needs, providing tailored roofing solutions, and delivering outstanding service.
- Conduct in-depth product presentations, technical consultations, and negotiations to close deals efficiently.
- Utilize CRM software and sales management systems to track leads, manage pipeline stages, and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to implement campaigns that boost brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Experience
- Proven success in outside sales, territory management, or C2C sales within the construction or roofing industry.
- Demonstrated proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
- Strong technical sales experience with the ability to explain product features and benefits clearly to clients.
- Experience in lead generation, prospecting, cold calling, and achieving or exceeding sales targets in a remote or field-based environment.
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer-centric approach to account management.
- Familiarity with sales management systems proficiency and analysis skills for tracking performance metrics.
- Prior experience in retail or direct sales environments is a plus, along with skills in upselling and deal closing strategies.
