- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that best fit their needs and budget
- Build strong relationships with customers through exceptional customer service
- Follow up with dealership leads, phone calls, internet inquiries, and showroom traffic
- Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and product demonstrations
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, warranties, pricing, and financing options
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, incentives, and dealership programs
- Work closely with management and finance departments to complete transactions
- Utilize CRM systems daily for customer follow-up and tracking
- Inspect trade-in vehicles and document condition and features
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Qualifications
- Automotive sales experience preferred
- Prior dealership experience is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Strong computer and phone skills
- CRM experience preferred
- Bi-lingual is a plus
- California Sales License required
