Responsibilities:
Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient bar service in a fast-paced, high-standards environment
Provide friendly, attentive service to bar guests and dining room guests as needed
Greet guests promptly, guide them through menus, and make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations
Accurately take and enter orders, ensuring special requests, allergy modifications and dietary needs are communicated clearly with the kitchen and managers both verbally and through the POS system
Provide friendly and attentive service in a timely manner while maintaining guest awareness
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards
Produce all ordered beverages accurately and in a timely manner, even during high-volume service
Maintain consistency, quality, and portion control for all beverages
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the beverage menu, including seasonal cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits
Assist guests with menu selections and make thoughtful recommendations
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines
Adhere to all alcohol service laws and company policies
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times
Restock bar supplies, glassware, and garnishes as needed
Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen, support staff and management to ensure smooth service
Uphold Harvest’s brand, service standards, hospitality culture and policies
Assist with side work, bar prep work, opening and closing duties, and other tasks as assigned
Perform additional duties as needed to support restaurant operations
