We are seeking a high-energy, driven Sales Associate for a new specialty retail boutique at Pearland Town Center. The ideal candidate is a strong salesperson with excellent customer service skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities at once. In this role, you will assist customers, drive sales, operate the register, and help keep the store organized and well-stocked. You will also help with in-store events. This position is well suited for a motivated team player who takes initiative and works well both independently and with others.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and deliver a high level of customer service.
- Drive sales by actively engaging customers and providing knowledgeable recommendations.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling.
- Stock and merchandise products so displays stay full, organized, and visually appealing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including receiving and restocking.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of in-store events.
- Support social media content when needed.
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities throughout the shift.
Skills
- Strong sales ability and a customer-first attitude.

- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
