FULL TIME Maintenance Supervisor wanted for a large apartment community, The Grand Reserve at Maitland Park.
The Maintenance Supervisor, under the supervision of the General Manager, is responsible for leading the maintenance staff in making repairs and conducting preventative maintenance of the property.
Must have three (3) years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in the multifamily industry.
Must be EPA/HVAC certified.
Must have extensive knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and budget control.
Must have great time management, team building, leadership and organizational skills.
