Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team.
Duties:
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities with production schedules
Experience:
- Proven experience in maintenance
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, as well as other mechanical equipment. EPA Certificate a plus, but not required.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing various systems and equipment
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels
