Job Description:
Parkview Regional Medical Center is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our Medical/Surgical teams across the following units: 3 South PCU, 1 South, 5 South, 6 Medical, 6 Medical South, and 7 Medical.
As a Med/Surg RN, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care for post-operative and acutely ill patients while collaborating with a dedicated interdisciplinary team.
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care in alignment with physician orders, hospital policy, and ANA standards
- Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications, start IVs, manage lines/tubes, and provide wound care
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient status, and care interventions
- Collaborate on discharge planning and provide patient/family education
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold regulatory and professional standards
Required Qualifications
- Nursing Diploma, ASN, or BSN (BSN preferred; eligible for premium pay)
- Valid Indiana RN license and current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to meet standard nursing physical requirements (e.g., lifting, patient assist)

Work Schedule
Shifts vary by unit and include the options below:
- 3a–3p, 7a–7p, 3p–3a, 7p–7a
- Rotating weekends and holidays required
