We are currently seeking a receptionist working in our Office Services Department. This position will be responsible for answering phone calls, welcoming guests, receiving and logging incoming packages, assisting colleagues with clerical tasks, helping to restock supply cabinets, and other general office tasks. Typically, people advance from Office Service to Employer Records, where you will process incoming contributions to the fund, or to Participant Records, where you work more closely with our participants and their families.
Our organization is continuously growing as we work to improve the services we provide to our stakeholders. That means new jobs are opening throughout the organization. We have a long history of promotion from within, so regardless of where within the organization you begin, there will be numerous pathways for professional growth.
