Fuzion Flooring – Logistics Coordinator (FULL TIME)
Reporting to – Operations Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented logistics professional to join our team and provide operational support for the coordination of all inbound and outbound shipments. In this role, you will ensure the most efficient transportation solutions by securing the best service at the best value, while proactively communicating shipment updates and delivery changes to the Operations Manager and Customer Service team. Working closely with the Operations and Supply Chain teams, you will coordinate the timely delivery of ocean containers to U.S. warehouses and collaborate with Warehouse and Customer Service teams to process daily shipments, including LTL, FTL, local courier, and parcel services. You will also support the Operations Manager with special projects and other operational initiatives as required.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling
- Coordinate the scheduling of all inbound shipments to U.S. warehouses in collaboration with the Supply Chain team.
- Schedule and coordinate all daily outbound shipments.
- Prepare and communicate the daily inbound shipment schedule and status log to the Operations team.
- Update purchase orders and sales orders with accurate delivery dates as shipments progress, ensuring the Customer Service team has timely and accurate information to communicate to customers.
Freight Management
- Source the most cost-effective and reliable freight rates for outbound shipments while maintaining service requirements.
- Audit freight invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepancies before submitting them to Accounts Payable for processing.
Perform other related duties as assigned
Knowledge & Skills Required
- 1-3 years of logistics experience
- Experience with TMS and SAP
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously is critical to the success of this position!
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, resourceful, friendly, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Pay: $44,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
