Earlham Savings Bank is seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer focused individual to join our team as a full time Teller / Personal Banker in our Woodward, Iowa office.
Position Overview
This position provides exceptional service to our customers by handling a variety of teller and personal banking responsibilities.
Teller responsibilities include:
- Processing customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and account transfers
- Balancing a cash drawer daily
- Providing excellent customer service in person and over the phone
Personal Banker responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers with opening and servicing checking, savings, money market, CD, IRA, and business accounts
- Answering questions regarding deposit accounts, debit cards, mobile banking, online banking, and other banking services
- Following all applicable policies and procedures, including OFAC and Regulation D requirements
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Have a strong understanding of banking products and services
- Be willing to work at and provide support to other Earlham Savings Bank locations as business needs require
- Possess a high school diploma or GED (required)
- Have previous banking experience and/or a bachelor's degree (preferred)
Work Schedule
Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
