We are looking for an Operations Associate to join our Information Technology firm located in metro accessible downtown Washington DC. You will make a large and visible contribution to the ongoing success of the firm by selecting, screening, scheduling, managing and monitoring the process of potential new hires for a top-notch company. You will learn to do payroll, invoicing, interfacing with clients and leadership skills across a wide array of companies that we run here.
Responsibilities include:
- Participate on calls with clients to help meet their needs
- Assisting with the new hire on-boarding process
- Provide accounting assistance with invoicing and payroll
- Providing administrative and operational support as needed
- Help onboard employees through security processes
- Use job boards and sourcing social media/internal candidate ATS to find and attract viable candidates
- Screening of candidates, coordination and scheduling of interviews
- Working with account managers to find qualified candidates for their clients
- Creating, updating and coordinating a college recruitment program
- Maintaining, updating and producing reports on all recruiting data
- Keeping requisitions updated with the ATS and external websites
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is required
