About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and customer focused Agency Producer to join our new Farmers Insurance Agency team. As a Producer, you’ll play a key role in helping clients protect what matters most while growing your career in the insurance industry.
This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed insurance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship driven environment. This job is at a Farmer's Agency and is a Fulltime position where you will be selling Farmers Insurance products. Fully in office or Hyprid work setting can be discussed in interview.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Educate clients on insurance options and help them select coverage that meets their needs.
- Cross sell and upsell products to maximize client value.
- Process quotes, applications, and policy changes efficiently and accurately.
- Meet or exceed individual sales and retention goals.
Qualifications
- Must have an active California Insurance License in Personal lines, P&C or Life, & Health insurance (required).
- Bilingual in (Spanish) required
- Prior insurance or sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.

Compensation
Compensation will be discussed based on experience, and include's a combination of base pay, commissions, and bonuses.

Projected Total Compensation: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Norwalk, CA 90650
